In this video, we will share the correct way of self proning. We must clarify that it is not a replacement for oxygen or ventilator’s requirement. It is an adjunct to improve your oxygen level by 5 to 10 percent. This, in some cases will avoid the need for oxygen, and in others it may decrease the amount of oxygen required and also provide you time to arrange for bed, oxygen or icu bed.
